Dell has gone down the shitter. At one point in time, I used to really enjoy Dell and their wonderful level of service. I have been waiting for almost a month to get a replacement notebook computer. As soon as I get my replacement computer, I am going to try to sell it for as much as I can and get a MacBook. I am so done with Dell and Windows.
